    Barbecued Chicken Pizzas Recipe

    - Ingredients :

    2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 cup barbecue sauce, divided

    Barbecued Chicken Pizzas Recipe

    - Ingredients :

    2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    1 cup barbecue sauce, divided
    1 tube (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
    2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Gouda cheese
    1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro

    - Directions :-

    Sprinkle chickening with salt and pepper. On a greased grill rack, grill chicken, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 170°, basting frequently with 1/2 cup barbecue sauce. Set aside and keep warm.
    Divide dough in half. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a 12x10-in. rectangle. Lightly brush both sides of dough with oil; place on grill. Cover and grill over medium heat for 1-2 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.
    Remove from grill. Cut the chicken into 1/2-in. cubes. Spread the grilled side of each crust with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce; layer with chicken, onion, cheese and cilantro. Return to grill. Cover and cook each pizza for 4-5 minutes or until the bottom is lightly browned and cheese is melted. Yield: 2 pizzas (4 pieces each).

    - Sauce and vegetables:
    - 2 tablespoons low-sodium chicken broth
    - 2 teaspoons cornstarch
    - 1½ teaspoons oregano
    - 1 teaspoon onion powder
    - 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
    - 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
    - ½ cup zucchini, chopped
    - ½ cup yellow squash, chopped
    - ½ cup onion, chopped
    - Equipment and supplies:
    - Oven
    - Knife
    - Measuring cup
    - Measuring spoon
    - Broiler pan
    - 3-quart saucepan
    - Meat thermometer
    - Small bowl

    * What to do ?

    1- Preheat broiler.

    2- Combine black pepper and garlic in a small bowl and rub mixture on both sides of turkey.

    3- Place turkey on broiler pan and broil for 5 minutes. Turn and broil for another 5 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 185°F (85°C). Juices should run clear and the turkey should not be pink in the center.

    4- While turkey is cooking, combine chicken broth, cornstarch, oregano, onion powder, and Parmesan cheese in saucepan, and mix well.
    Stir in tomatoes, zucchini, squash, and onions.

    5- Cook and stir vegetables over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens. Cook and stir 2 minutes more after mixture begins to thicken.

    6- When the turkey is done cooking, place the vegetables on top of it to serve.
